Your tasks
- Teaching the specialist knowledge and practical skills of a precision mechanic
- Communicating safety regulations and ensuring a safe working environment
- Design of the training plan and training content
- Theoretical, practical and personal support for trainees with questions and problems
- Raising awareness and implementing the company’s internal quality standards in training
Your profile
- Completed vocational training as a precision mechanic, mechanical engineering mechanic
- Trainer aptitude certificate and pedagogical skills
- Leadership, teamwork and communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft 365
