CNC turning
We specialize in the production of high-precision and complex turned parts. By combining various manufacturing processes, we have extensive expertise in the production of thin-walled and complex components with tight tolerances.
We are particularly strong in the production of components with special clamping of up to 2m in diameter.

Welding
In cooperation with our customers, we offer creative solutions based on the relevant standards and qualifications.
Our expertise lies in the precise production of complex components and robust constructions, such as base frames, dynamically loaded components and handling devices. We are market leaders in the manufacture of sleeper moulds and the realization of art objects.

Machining up to a workpiece size of 8,000 mm (hall height)
Eroding
We cover the entire spectrum of EDM, from start-hole EDM to wire-cutting and die-sinking EDM. This manufacturing process is particularly suitable for the finest contours or components that cannot be subjected to high clamping forces.

- Wire EDM
- Start hole erosion
- Die-sinking EDM with up to 40-fold electrode changer
- The latest CAD systems for simple 2D contours through to complex ruled surfaces

After more than 38 years of experience in mechanical production and steel construction in a wide range of industries, we have an extensive repertoire of both new and tried-and-tested solutions.
Our production team is involved in the design process at an early stage and provides continuous support, resulting in the best solutions from the outset. Our customers also benefit from these comprehensive processes: we can work out production prices during the design phase, start procuring materials and even begin production in some cases.
Measuring/ testing
Our experienced measurement technicians work in air-conditioned rooms to ensure accurate and repeatable measurements. Certified test procedures enable proof of compliance with standard requirements.
